• Application answers: the track you want, your availability, your responses to our screening questions, and any school or work details you choose to share.
• Optional parent or guardian contact details, only when you ask us to include them.
• Interview scheduling details, and notes our recruiters take during the hiring process.
• Basic technical and usage data from your visit, such as pages viewed and referring source, used to understand how people find and use this site.

• To review your application and decide on next steps.
• To contact you by email, phone, text message or calendar invite about your application.
• To arrange interviews, training, market assignment and housing logistics if you are hired.
• To improve our recruiting process and this site.

We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting an application or a callback request, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you provide, including by SMS, about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application; we may still contact you by email.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: hosting and database providers, email and messaging providers, calendar and video meeting tools, and analytics tools. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep application records for as long as needed to run our recruiting process and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

This site is intended for people old enough to work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure which pages lead to applications. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
